Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations(full info go to Delivery & Returns) the only exception being is if they're faulty. So please be aware that this does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on.

Our items are all made to order (unless stated otherwise) and once payment has been made we will endeavour to ship your order out within 1-2 weeks.
